1. 服务说明

账户、点数与订阅服务计划随 2.0.0 上线，目前尚未向公众开放。相关条款在服务开放后适用，当前不会通过本网站收取订阅费用。

AI 划词翻译（下称「本服务」）由 Haibo 运营，包括 Chrome 扩展、官网 huaci.app 与用户中心 app.huaci.app。 你可以用自己的 API Key 连接第三方 AI 平台翻译（自带 Key），也可以使用我们提供的托管翻译（点数翻译）。使用本服务即表示你同意本条款与隐私政策。

2. 账户

用邮箱验证码或 Google 账户即可注册。你需要保证邮箱属于你本人，并对账户下的活动负责。不注册也可以使用扩展附带的免费试用点数。 每人只应注册和使用自己的账户，不得通过多个账户、多个浏览器或其他方式重复领取免费点数。

3. 免费试用与点数

  • 安装扩展后可领取一次免费点数，注册账户后再获得一次注册赠送；具体数量以领取时的页面说明为准。
  • 点数只能用于点数翻译，不能兑换现金、转让或退款；赠送的点数不过期，但在账户被删除或因违反条款被终止时一并作废。
  • 按实际用量精确扣点，点数显示保留两位小数，实际余额以服务端精确记录为准；翻译失败会自动返还。
  • 我们可以调整赠送数量和扣点规则，调整不影响已经发放的点数。

4. 订阅与付款

  • 订阅提供月付与年付两种方案，价格以官网与用户中心显示为准，以美元计，可能另加所在地区的税费。
  • 付款由 Creem 作为经销商（Merchant of Record）处理。Creem 负责收款、计税并开具收据，付款同时适用 Creem 的条款。
  • 订阅会在每个周期结束时自动续订并扣款，直到你取消。你可以随时在用户中心的「订单与账单」里取消续订，取消后本期结束前仍可使用。
  • 价格如有调整，会提前通知，并从你的下一个周期开始生效。

5. 退款

  • 首次付款（首次订阅月付或年付）后 7 天内，可以申请全额退款，不需要说明理由。
  • 续费的款项不退，但你可以随时取消续订，避免下一次扣款。
  • 你所在地区法律另有规定的，按法律执行。
  • 申请退款请发邮件到 support@huaci.app，并注明账户邮箱；我们通常在 2 个工作日内处理，款项经 Creem 原路退回。
  • 退款后订阅立即结束。

6. 合理使用

订阅的「无限使用」指个人在日常浏览与阅读中的正常使用，不按点数计算。为了让所有用户都能稳定使用，以下情况不在此列： 自动化或脚本批量调用、把服务用于转售或为他人提供翻译、与个人使用明显不符的超大用量。出现这些情况时，我们可能先通知你，再限制速度或暂停托管翻译； 如果用量持续异常，我们可以终止订阅并按未使用的时间比例退款。

7. 可接受使用

你不得利用本服务：

  • 翻译或传播违法内容，或侵犯他人的知识产权与隐私；
  • 攻击、扫描或干扰我们的服务器，绕过限流、计费或安全措施；
  • 用多个账户、伪造请求或其他方式重复领取免费点数；
  • 把扩展或托管接口用于本服务以外的产品或商业用途。

违反上述规定的，我们可以暂停或终止你的账户；因违规被终止的，已付费用不予退还，但法律另有规定的除外。

8. 翻译结果

译文由 AI 模型自动生成，可能不准确、不完整或不合语境。请勿在法律、医疗、金融等重要场合不经核对就依赖译文。你对提交翻译的内容和使用译文的方式负责。

9. 自带 Key 与第三方平台

使用自带 Key 时，请求直接发往你选择的平台，适用该平台的条款与收费，费用由该平台向你收取，与我们无关。我们与 OpenAI、DeepSeek、DeepL 等平台没有隶属或合作关系。

10. 服务变更与终止

我们会持续改进本服务，可能调整、增加或停止部分功能。如需停止托管翻译或订阅服务，我们会至少提前 30 天通知，并按未使用的时间比例退还订阅费用。 你可以随时停止使用并申请删除账户。

11. 免责与责任限制

本服务按「现状」提供，我们不保证服务不中断或没有错误。在法律允许的范围内，我们对因使用本服务造成的间接损失不承担责任； 我们承担的全部责任以你在此前 12 个月内向我们支付的费用为限。法律另有强制规定的，从其规定。

12. 条款变更

条款如有重大变更，我们会在官网公布，并通过邮件或产品内提示告知。变更生效后继续使用本服务，即表示你接受新条款；不同意的可以随时取消订阅并停止使用。

1. The service

Accounts, credits and subscriptions are planned for version 2.0.0 and are not yet publicly available. The relevant terms apply when these services launch; this website currently does not collect subscription payments.

AI Selection Translator (the “Service”) is operated by Haibo and consists of the Chrome extension, the website huaci.app, and the account center app.huaci.app. You can translate with your own API key for a third-party AI provider (bring your own key), or use our hosted translation (credit translation). By using the Service you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

You can sign up with an email code or a Google account. You must own the email address you use and are responsible for activity under your account. The free trial credits that come with the extension work without an account. Each person should use only their own account and must not claim free credits repeatedly through multiple accounts, browsers, or other means.

3. Free trial and credits

  • After installing the extension you can claim free credits once, and you receive a sign-up bonus once when you create an account; amounts are as stated when you claim them.
  • Credits can only be used for credit translation and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or refunded. Free credits do not expire, but are forfeited if the account is deleted or terminated for violating these terms.
  • Credits are deducted precisely based on actual usage. Displayed credits are rounded to two decimal places; the server retains the exact balance. Failed translations are refunded automatically.
  • We may change bonus amounts and charging rules; changes do not affect credits already granted.

4. Subscriptions and payment

  • Subscriptions are offered monthly or yearly at the prices shown on the website and in your account, in US dollars; local taxes may be added.
  • Payments are processed by Creem as the Merchant of Record, which collects payment, calculates tax, and issues receipts. Payment is also subject to Creem's terms.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically and are charged at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel renewal at any time under “Orders and billing” in your account; you keep access until the end of the current period.
  • Any price change will be announced in advance and takes effect from your next billing period.

5. Refunds

  • Within 7 days of your first payment (your first monthly or yearly subscription) you can request a full refund, no questions asked.
  • Renewal payments are not refunded, but you can cancel renewal at any time to avoid the next charge.
  • Where the law of your country provides otherwise, the law applies.
  • To request a refund, email support@huaci.app with your account email. We usually respond within 2 business days; refunds are returned through Creem to the original payment method.
  • A refunded subscription ends immediately.

6. Fair use

“Unlimited use” in a subscription means normal personal use while browsing and reading, without counting credits. To keep the Service stable for everyone, it does not cover automated or scripted bulk requests, reselling or translating on behalf of others, or volumes clearly inconsistent with personal use. In those cases we may notify you first and then limit speed or pause hosted translation; if unusual usage continues, we may end the subscription and refund the unused time pro rata.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

  • translate or distribute illegal content, or infringe others' intellectual property or privacy;
  • attack, scan, or interfere with our servers, or circumvent rate limits, billing, or security measures;
  • claim free credits repeatedly through multiple accounts, forged requests, or other means;
  • use the extension or hosted API for products or commercial purposes outside the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules; fees already paid are not refunded on termination for violations, except where the law requires otherwise.

8. Translations

Translations are generated automatically by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of context. Do not rely on them for legal, medical, financial, or other important matters without checking. You are responsible for what you submit and how you use the results.

9. Your own key and third-party providers

With your own key, requests go directly to the provider you chose and are subject to that provider's terms and charges, which the provider bills to you. We are not affiliated with OpenAI, DeepSeek, DeepL, or other providers.

10. Changes and discontinuation

We keep improving the Service and may change, add, or remove features. If we discontinue hosted translation or subscriptions, we will give at least 30 days' notice and refund unused subscription time pro rata. You can stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the Service, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months. Mandatory legal provisions take precedence.

12. Changes to these terms

We will publish material changes on the website and notify you by email or in the product. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the new terms; if you do not agree, you can cancel your subscription and stop using the Service at any time.
