1. Service Description

Accounts, credits, and subscription services are planned for release with 2.0.0 and are not yet available to the public. The relevant terms will apply once the services become available; no subscription fees are currently collected through this website.

AI Selection Translator (the "Service") is operated by Haibo and includes the Chrome extension, the website huaci.app, and the user center app.huaci.app. You can connect to third-party AI platforms for translation using your own API Key (bring your own key), or use our hosted translation (credit-based translation). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Account

You can register with an email verification code or a Google account. You must ensure that the email belongs to you and are responsible for activity under your account. You can also use the free trial credits included with the extension without registering. Each person should register and use only their own account, and must not repeatedly claim free credits through multiple accounts, multiple browsers, or other means.

3. Free Trial and Credits

  • After installing the extension, you can claim free credits once; after registering an account, you receive an additional registration bonus. The exact amounts are subject to the page description at the time of claiming.
  • Credits can only be used for credit-based translation and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or refunded. Bonus credits do not expire, but are voided if the account is deleted or terminated for violating the Terms.
  • Credits are deducted precisely based on actual usage, displayed to two decimal places; the actual balance is subject to the precise server-side record. Credits are automatically refunded if a translation fails.
  • We may adjust the free credit amount and deduction rules; adjustments do not affect credits already issued.

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are shown on the official website and in the user center, are denominated in USD, and may include additional taxes based on your region.
  • Payments are processed by Creem as the Merchant of Record. Creem handles payment collection, tax calculation, and receipt issuance. Payments are also subject to Creem's terms.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically and are charged at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel renewal at any time in "Orders & Billing" in the user center; after cancellation, you can still use the service until the end of the current period.
  • If prices change, we will notify you in advance, and the change will take effect from your next billing period.

5. Refunds

  • Within 7 days of your first payment (first monthly or annual subscription), you may request a full refund without providing a reason.
  • Renewal payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel renewal at any time to avoid the next charge.
  • If the laws in your region provide otherwise, those laws shall apply.
  • To request a refund, email support@huaci.app and include your account email address. We usually process requests within 2 business days, and the refund is returned via Creem through the original payment method.
  • After a refund, the subscription ends immediately.

6. Fair Use

"Unlimited use" under a subscription refers to normal personal use during everyday browsing and reading, and is not counted by credits. To ensure stable service for all users, the following are not covered: automated or scripted bulk calls, using the service for resale or providing translation to others, and excessively large usage clearly inconsistent with personal use. In such cases, we may notify you first, then rate-limit or suspend hosted translation; if abnormal usage continues, we may terminate the subscription and refund on a pro-rata basis for unused time.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not use this service to:

  • Translate or distribute illegal content, or infringe on the intellectual property or privacy of others;
  • Attack, scan, or interfere with our servers, or bypass rate limits, billing, or security measures;
  • Repeatedly claim free credits through multiple accounts, forged requests, or other means;
  • Use the extension or hosted API for products or commercial purposes other than this service.

If you violate the above provisions, we may suspend or terminate your account; if your account is terminated due to a violation, fees already paid will not be refunded, except as otherwise required by law.

8. Translation Results

Translations are automatically generated by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for the context. Do not rely on translations without verification in important situations such as legal, medical, or financial matters. You are responsible for the content you submit for translation and how you use the translations.

9. Bring Your Own Key and Third-Party Platforms

When using your own key, requests are sent directly to the platform you choose, and that platform's terms and fees apply. Fees are charged to you by that platform and are not related to us. We are not affiliated with or in partnership with platforms such as OpenAI, DeepSeek, or DeepL.

10. Service Changes and Termination

We continuously improve this service and may adjust, add, or discontinue some features. If we need to discontinue hosted translation or subscription services, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and refund subscription fees on a pro-rata basis for unused time. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

This service is provided "as is," and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses caused by use of this service; our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months. Where mandatory law provides otherwise, those provisions apply.

12. Changes to These Terms

If there are material changes to these terms, we will publish them on our official website and notify you by email or through an in-product notice. Continuing to use this service after the changes take effect means you accept the new terms; if you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription and stop using the service at any time.
